With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a Bbq area and a big garden with the magnificent veranda overlooking the playground and admiring the view of the Mediterranean sea, this excellent property which accommodates up to 9 adults (plus 1-2 kids upon communication), can give you the pleasure of living unforgettable moments with your family.
The upper floor gives us the master bedroom, with its own bathroom and its own terrace balcony with a staggering view of the mountains and the Aegean waters.
On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with double sized beds, a bathroom, the kitchen and the living area, which consists of 2 couches that one them converts to a double sized bed.
As for the location, the nearest beach “Trani Ammouda” which is awarded with a blue flag, is at 3 km distance. But if you want to go a little further and visit other beaches, in 15 minutes you will be at “Vourvourou beach” and the “Lagonisi” area. In another 20 minutes you can be at the famous beach of “Kavourotripes” with the huge trees and the blue and clear waters.
The village itself has many to offer, as it has many traditional greek taverns, a very “retro” square with many restaurants and coffee places in which every Saturday night, live music take place in the center of the square, entertaining guests from all the restaurants.
Also it is the only village in this part of Halkidiki with a fully equipped Health Center, as well as 2 pharmacies and private doctors offices.
If you want to get out of the village, in just 10 minutes you can be in the cosmopolitan village of “Nikiti”, with an excellent beach front walking street with many restaurants and bars, as well as with an “Old town” part, in witch the community tried to keep the traditional characteristics with the small taverns under the trees and the stone made streets and houses.
Another example of a close by village to visit, is the fish-village of “Ormos Panagias”, which happens to be the oldest port of the area, as well as the port that takes you on a direct cruise, to the 3rd leg of Halkidiki, the well known “Agion Oros” (Holly mountains) which is an autonomous state, dedicated to the orthodox christianity and only men and boys are allowed in there. It’s truly one of the most unique places in Europe.
